Jack Gallon is an award-winning creative with over 15 years of experience shaping standout campaigns for some of the world’s most recognised brands. Jack brings a rare blend of conceptual brilliance and strategic sharpness to integrated brand, CX and social work. With ‘beige being the enemy’ he’s swung wrecking balls at bi-folds, put online trolls in rehab, had F1 drivers chasing drones and even got a panda to ride a jet ski.
Cutting his teeth at integrated shops such as Work Club and Albion he then spent nearly a decade building and leading the creative vision at MBAstack, where he was instrumental in its expansion into the US. He delivered cross-channel campaigns for clients including Royal Mail, Interflora, Investec, Visit Britain, and O2, consistently balancing data-driven insight with emotional storytelling. Then as ECD at the Gate he elevated the agency’s creative profile through bold work for UK brands such as SMARTY Mobile and The AA, as well as global portfolio brands such as Shell and AkzoNobel.
Bucking the trend with most creatives, jack relishes the chance to stand up and present. His energy and confidence have led to some of Gate’s biggest pitch wins recently, totalling £7.1 million in revenue with clients such as Shell, SMARTY mobile, The AA, and Akzonobel. He knows that strong client relationships are the key to creative success forming strong bonds with any client he comes into contact with.
Jack is a big believer in craft throughout the entire creative process. So, after honing his communication skills at the legendary Watford course he later trained at Raindance film school in the dark arts of film direction. This not only brings a multidimensional fluency to his leadership but has allowed him to direct and co-direct award winning films for Shell Helix/Ferrari, Avios and Interflora. But that hasn’t meant his development stopped there. Now in this AI era Jack has been instrumental in implementing AI into The Gate’s work streams and creative process, enhancing creative work rather than restricting it.
Now looking for his next opportunity he is less worried about job titles and more worried about shaping culture-defining work. And is ready to bring his creative firepower, client relationship skills and proven leadership to a bold, ‘anti-bland’ agency. One that’s looking to break through the noise and make brands, and the agency, unforgettable.
